Without Software let's speed internet

01. Open the Run (Win +R)

02. type -  gpedit.msc 

 03. select Local Group Policy 

 04. follow below path

"Administrative Templates" ---> "Network" --->"QoS Packet Scheduler" 

05. Double click the " Limit reservable bandwitdh"

Enable the "Limit reservable bandwitdh"  

and Set "Bandwidth limit එක   "0"
Click OK
